Setting up and managing your site content in Tilma is essential for keeping your community informed and engaged. This guide will walk you through the process of updating office hours, welcome messages, and schedules for Mass, Adoration, and Confession times, ensuring your website is always current and welcoming.


Steps to Edit Site Content

  1. Navigate to Site Settings

    • In the main menu on the left side of the Admin CMS, click on Site Settings.

  2. Access Site Content

    • In Site Settings, click on Site Content at the top of the page.

  3. Make your changes

  4. Click Save to save your changes

Search Settings

  • Site Search Scope: Choose whether users who search on your site should see results from your whole diocese, or just from this site.

  • Default Site Search Scope: When users search, set whether they will first see results from your whole diocese or from this site.

Edit Office Hours

  • Set your organization's office hours

Edit Mass, Adoration, and Confession Times

The Mass, Adoration, and Confession Times from Site Content feed directly to the Welcome and Mass Times page templates. If you are not utilizing these templates, please make your changes in the Mass Times Module.

  • Mass Times: Set the Mass Times for your organization.

  • Adoration Times: Set the Adoration Times for your organization,

  • Confession Times: Set the Confession Times for your organization.


Edit Newsletter Settings

These settings are only relevant to Tilma News clients and can be safely ignored.
