Add Mass Times

Tilma makes it easy to enter and manage Mass times on your website. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to add Mass times.

Depending on your site setup and diocese, Mass Times can be changed in several places and may need to be updated in multiple locations.

Identifying Where to Update Mass Times

  • Site Settings: Site Content: If your Mass Times page has a Mass-Times tag next to the title, add your Mass Times in Site Settings.

  • Mass Times Module: If your Mass Times page has a Landing Page tag, add Masses in the Mass Times module.

  • Diocesan Mass-Finder: If your diocese uses Tilma to power their Mass-Finder, add Masses in the Mass Times module.

Steps to Add Mass Times in Site Settings

  1. Open the Editor

    • Click Site Settings in the side menu, then click Site Content.

  2. Change Your Mass Times

    • Open the Mass times dropdown.

    • Add your Mass Times.

Steps to Add Mass Times in Mass Times Module

  1. Open the Mass Times Engine

    • Click Content in the side menu, then click Mass Times.

  2. Add a Mass

    • Click New Service.

  3. Add Your Settings

    • Frequency: Choose between Every Week and Once.

    • Weekday: Choose the day of the week of the Mass.

    • Time: Select the time.

    • Type: Choose Mass.

    • Note (Optional): Add a note that will be displayed to site visitors.

    • Language (Optional): Choose the language of the Mass.

    • Rite (Optional): Select the Liturgical Rite.

  4. Save

    • Click Submit

By following these steps, you can easily manage and keep your Mass times up-to-date, ensuring your parishioners always have the latest information.
