In the side navigation, click on Content, then Announcements.
Cick New to add an announcement, or click an existing one to edit.
Settings
Title and Teaser: Add a short title and teaser. The teaser displays under the title on the homepage.
Image: Upload an image.
Publish and Unpublish Dates: Set the start (Published at) and optional end (Unpublished at) dates.
Content Language: Choose the language of the announcement, and whether you want to allow this announcement to be auto-translated to site visitors.
Link URL: Redirect the announcement to another page or external site by filling in the Link URL field.
Pin an Announcement: Pin one announcement at a time below the main navigation on the homepage. Check the pin box to feature it. A new pinned item will unpin any previous one.
If desired, you can fill out Attributes or SEO Information for the announcement. However, those can be left blank.

Add content to your page. Once done, click Publish or Save Draft & Exit.
