Learn how to remove resources from your Tilma site. Navigate to Resources, locate the article, and use the ellipsis menu to remove it.

Tilma may automatically receive content from the Tilma content library, your diocese, or school board. You can remove individual resources from your site. Follow these steps to manage your resources effectively:

Steps to Remove Existing Resources

  1. Navigate to Resources

    • In the admin site menu, click on Content.

    • Then click on Resources.

  2. Find the Resource

    • Go to the Live tab to see all published articles.

  3. Remove the Resource

    • Hover over the ellipsis menu next to the resource.

    • Click Remove from site.

    • Refresh the browser page to see the changes.

The removed article will now appear in the Browse tab and can be re-added to your site later if needed.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and remove resources from your Tilma site, ensuring your content stays relevant and up-to-date. Whether the content comes from the Tilma library, your diocese, or your school board, you have full control over what appears on your site. If you need further assistance, the Tilma Support Team, is always available to help.
