Create a private event

You can create "private" events that do not appear publicly in your events calendar, but can be sent via link to those you wish to invite.

Begin by navigating to the "Events" module. Click on "Events" and then "Events".

Click "New" to create a new event.
Enter the details of the event. Learn more about how to create an event.

Under "Event Details" check the "Private Event" box.

Click "Publish" in the top right of the page.

Hover your cursor over the "..." and click "Preview".

Use the URL in your browser to share the event with your guests.
