View transactions

Use the Transactions module to view and mange donations and payments.

Navigate to the Transactions index by clicking "Giving" and then clicking "Transactions".

Transaction Amounts

The top of the transactions page will show the amounts processed within the filters that are currently active. For example, the amounts below show All transactions between October 14, 2021 - December 13, 2021.

• Total Transaction Value - The sum of one-time and recurring transactions.
• One-Time - The total amount of one-time transactions
• Recurring - The total amount of recurring gifts within the current filters

Filter Transactions

You can filter transactions by different funds & campaigns or by a specific date range.

• Campaign Filter
  • All - See a sum of all transactions in your parish.
  • Campaign Specific - The campaigns you have created will be shown here. Learn how to create campaigns.
• Date range filter

The numbers at the top will automatically update according to the campaign and date range filters you have selected.
