In the Admin CMS side navigation, click on Site Settings.
In Site Settings, click on Org Details.
Manage Locations
Set and manage all locations by clicking on Locations Editor.
Contact Information
Enter your Contact Information here. You can add:
Email
Phone Number
Secondary Phone Number & Label
Google Maps URL
Social Media Settings
Enter your Social Media account URLs here. You can add:
Facebook
Twitter
Instagram
YouTube
OpenGraph Description
Meta Description
The OpenGraph & Meta descriptions are crucial for social media and search engines. Write a concise, one-sentence description about your organization. You can use the same sentence for both fields.
Livestream URL
Enter your permanent livestream link to display on the Tilma Mass Finder.
Email Sender Settings
Sending Email Address: The email address for system and newsletter emails.
Domain Verification: Without verification, emails will be sent from [email protected] but appear to come from your organization's email. Contact Tilma Support for assistance.
Enable Welcome Emails: Recommended to comply with anti-SPAM regulations.
Membership Settings
Custom Membership Fields: Create additional data fields for the Sign Up flow.
Allow Parish Registration Online: Adds the option for a user to say they are/would like to be registered at the parish as part of their Sign Up.
Feed Settings
Set the default for content. All content can be further curated in the Events and Resources modules.
Include Tilma Content Library and show all promoted events by default: Publishes all content from the Tilma Content Library. Uncheck to browse and add content manually.
Include events promoted for sharing by neighbouring orgs: Publishes all neighbouring events. Uncheck to browse and add events manually.
Include events promoted for sharing by subsidiary orgs: Publishes events shared by subsidiary organizations. Uncheck to browse and add events manually.
Analytics
Enter the Google Analytics 4 Tracking ID or create a new account and enter the ID. Optionally, enter a Google Tag Manager ID to embed 3rd party tools into your site's code.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
