Add a Video Resource

You can embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or any other platform that allows embedding.

1) To begin, click on "Website" in the main side menu and click "Resources".

2) Once in "Resources", click the button that says "New resource". 

3) Create a title for your resource. 

a) Add an image! This will show as a preview for the article once it is published on the website. 

b) Choose a publish date or keep it blank to publish your resource right away. 

c) Scroll down to "Content type" and select "Video". 

d) Set the duration of the video. If the video is 8 minutes long, put "8". 

e) You can insert your video link from YouTube, Vimeo, or any other platform that allows embedding. This part is optional. 

4) Scroll down to "Attributes". Many of the pieces here are optional, but you must select a "Main Category". 

a) On the live website, your resource will appear under a category, for example, "Lent". Here's an example:

5). If you select "Editor" you can get a better view of how your Resource page will look like. Feel free to add any text describing the video. 

6) Now, go and find your video on Youtube, or whatever platform you are using. On Youtube, copy the link under "Share".

7) Still on "Editor" view, click the "quick insert tool". 

a) Click "insert video" and paste the link you copied from Youtube. 

b) Then hit "insert" again. 

c) Your video should appear on your "Editor" page. 

8) When you're done, hit "Publish" in the top right corner! Here is an example of a published resource.
