Custom Attributes

Each account in Tilma has basic fields that are common to the needs of most organizations such as Email, Gender, Date of Birth etc. If there is additional information you would like to collect that there is not already a field for, you can add your own.

When to use Custom Attributes

Custom Attributes should be used when you would like to keep track of internal data that is hidden and inaccessible to the user. Only admins can view or edit these fields.

This may be useful when you're trying to keep track of something you don't want the user to self-manage, such as their subscription status to the diocesan newspaper.

If you prefer to create a Custom Field which is asked upon registration and the user can self-mange, click here to learn more.
