Cancel a recurring donation

You can cancel a donor's recurring gift directly in their Tilma profile.

Begin by navigating to the People tool in the side menu. Click on "People".

Search for the donor whose donation you would like to cancel.

Click on the "Giving" tab in their profile to see their recurring donations.

Click on "Edit Pledge"

Click on "Cancel Recurring Donation".
